CSEnext framework addresses three distinct requirements:

• Employer Portal—interface OCSE with employers to provide online information on employees, new hires, wage withholding deductions, employee verifications
• Customer Portal—interfaces OCSE with the key participants in the OCSE process—custodial and non-custodial parents can find information on OCSE services, estimate support obligations, setup direct deposits, track financial history, make payments, provide information and schedule appointments with caseworkers
• Locate Portal—enables caseworkers to integrate information from various agencies and service providers to track, locate addresses and employers of NCPs/PFs.
