While the business operation address the requirements of an agency's team, CSEnext includes portals, which enable the delivery and integration of an agency's service with its stakeholders.
CSEnext offers the following portals:
- Employer Portal—interface OCSE with employers to provide online information on employees, new hires, wage withholding deductions, employee verifications
- Customer Portal—interfaces OCSE with the key participants in the OCSE process—custodial and non-custodial parents can find information on OCSE services, estimate support obligations, setup direct deposits, track financial history, make payments, provide information and schedule appointments with caseworkers
- Locate Portal—enables caseworkers to integrate information from various agencies and service providers to track, locate addresses and employers of NCPs/PFs.
